Return and Exchange Policy
You can make returns or exchanges via US Mail or UPS with an original thewritingpenstore.com packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of thewritingpenstore.com (Mile High Net Stores LLC) is required. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Opened items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return policy does not apply to custom imprinted items. Other restrictions may apply.
